For Easter 2026, an exclusive 4-star hotel will open in the very heart of Iseo, right on the lakefront, in the prime central location where the former Hotel Milano once stood.The building has been completely renovated with the highest standards of energy efficiency and acoustic insulation. Both the hotel and its restaurant will operate exclusively on electric power, with no use of gas or other fuels. Furthermore, the “Fondazione “Liliana and Michele Bettoni”, non-profit and owner of the building, will reinvest 100% of the rental proceeds into the charitable works it promotes (assistance to the elderly).

This will give life to a modern gem with refined finishes: just 15 rooms, 11 of which feature large balconies or terraces with breathtaking views over Lake Iseo, ensuring absolute privacy and comfort.On the ground floor, a bright breakfast room and an informal yet sophisticated restaurant with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls that open onto outdoor tables directly on the lake promenade. The restaurant will also be open to the general public.

The rich à-la-carte breakfast will be a true “experience within the experience” of taste and serenity with a pinch of luxury. Additionally, hotel guests will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or a simple drink in the privacy of their room, served with stunning lake views. The property is completed by an elevator and one room specifically designed for wheelchair users.
